As a manager within various services in HIO, I genuinely love the variety and innovative nature of the work we do. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to think creatively, whether it’s developing new service models integrating digital tools, or finding better ways to meet the unique needs of our clients. We notice where care is missing in the community and do something about it! What truly excites me is how innovation directly feeds into the quality of our clinical work. The teams are deeply committed to delivering multi-modality, evidence-based care, and I’m constantly inspired by the compassion, skill, and dedication they bring to every session. From bespoke crisis support to therapeutic interventions and lifestyle support and much more, the impact we have on people’s lives is both humbling and motivating. I’m incredibly proud to be part of a service that is not only clinically excellent but also forward-thinking and dynamic. It’s a privilege to work in an environment where we are always learning, evolving, and striving to make a meaningful difference.
